Why is my payout blocked?
There are several possible reasons why your payout may currently be blocked. Please check the following:

Incomplete or outdated documents/data:
Your submitted documents or personal information might be incomplete or outdated. Make sure to update or complete them to enable payouts. -
Verification for new models:
If you’re new, an additional live cam verification might be required – even if your documents are complete. In this case, you’ve received an email from us with further steps. -
Minimum payout amount not reached:
The minimum payout amount is €100.00. If your earnings are below this, a €10.00 fee applies. In some cases, this makes the payout uneconomical. -
Fee exceeds payout amount:
If your current balance is lower than the payout fee, a payout is not possible. -
Missing or incorrect banking details:
Payouts are only possible if your banking details are complete and correct. Please review them under Payout documents.
