What can I use to go online?

You go online via the “Go Online” page of VXLive on VXModels. There you'll see a clear message:
“You did it, you can now go online!”
Below that, there are two buttons:

  1. Go Online – Click this to start your live session.

  2. Read Chat Rules – Please read the fair-play rules before going live.

Tip: Make sure you're clearly visible on cam, your audio works, and you're ready for real-time interaction. Recorded videos or being inactive while online is not allowed.

  • User Icons: Each user is represented by a colored circle and their name. The colors can indicate various information, such as online status or specific categorization.
  • VISIT-X Symbol: Some users have a "VISIT-X" symbol next to their name, meaning they joined your chat through VISIT-X.
  • Filter Options: Use the filters at the top to switch between "Unanswered" and "All Messages." If you’re looking for a specific user, you can use the magnifying glass icon or search between "Messenger" or "Video Chats."

 

 

In the middle column, you can see the history of your communication with a selected user.

 

  • Chat History: This shows chronologically when a user entered or left your chat, as well as all sent and received messages.
  • Sending Messages: At the bottom of the software, there is a small line where you can enter a message in the chat field and send it directly to the user. Your message will then appear in this column.

 

The right sidebar offers you various settings and additional features to customize your experience on the platform.

  • Account: Manage your account settings, change personal information, or adjust your preferences.
  • Ticket for Live Show: Here, you can create or manage tickets for upcoming live shows (requires separate activation).
  • Groups: Create and manage groups to send mass messages to these groups.
  • Text Templates: Create and manage text templates for frequently used messages.
  • Pricing: Adjust your pricing to efficiently monetize your services.
  • Lovense Toys & External Devices: Connect and configure external devices to enhance your interactions (requires separate activation).
  • Phone Service: Use the phone service to connect with your visitors even more flexibly and earn money while using the phone.
  • Help & Support: If you have any questions or problems, support is available here.
  • Logout: Don’t forget to securely log out after using the platform.
