I have recurring inquiries in the chat. Can I simplify this?
Text templates are especially useful for sending recurring messages quickly and easily. They allow you to insert predefined messages with just one click or a short entry, instead of typing them out each time.
For example, you can use text templates for:
- Greetings: A quick start like “Hello, glad to see you here!” saves time and ensures that you respond to new users in a friendly and consistent way.
- Status updates: If you're currently in a private chat, you could have a text template like “I'm in private mode right now, but I’ll be back shortly!”
- Answers to common questions: When users frequently ask similar questions, such as “When will you be online again?”, a text template can provide a clear answer quickly.
Text templates help maintain chat flow without constant typing. They save time, ensure clear and consistent responses, and allow you to focus more on interacting with users.
