A user insults me or behaves inappropriately – do I have to accept that?
No, definitely not. On VXLive, you are never expected to tolerate disrespectful or inappropriate behavior. If a user crosses a line, you have several tools to act immediately:

Ban user
→ The user is immediately removed from the current chat. Ideal if they’re being annoying or disrespectful. -
Mark as spam
→ The message is hidden and moved to your spam folder. You won’t see it in your main view anymore. -
Report user
→ Use this if the user is abusive, threatening, or violates our rules (e.g., illegal content, harassment, etc.). Our support team investigates all reports seriously. -
Kick user
→ Ends the chat without blocking the user completely. They can reach out again, but it’s your choice whether to respond.
💡 Pro tip:
You are in control. If someone disrespects you, it’s perfectly okay to set boundaries and remove them from your space.

Additionally, messages from the user can be moved to a spam folder. Any further messages from that user will automatically go to the spam folder and will not be shown to you.
