What is the Softchat?

The Softchat is a special chat type on VXLive where you interact with users who haven’t completed age verification yet. This does not mean they are underage – users under 18 are strictly prohibited on the platform.
Due to legal restrictions, these users are limited to non-explicit content – strict youth protection rules apply.

🔒 Youth Protection Notice

Before a Softchat user can start a chat with you, you’ll receive a clear and visible warning that the person is not age-verified.
You must explicitly accept this chat before it starts.

👉 You are always in control and aware of who you're interacting with and what is allowed.
This ensures compliance with all youth protection laws.

❗ Extremely important: Private Chat does NOT lift restrictions

If a Softchat user enters Private Chat, their status remains restricted.
This means:
🔴 You are still not allowed to show any FSK18 content.
🔴 All Softchat rules remain fully in effect.
🔴 Sexual acts, nudity, and toy usage are strictly forbidden – even if requested.

Violations are treated as serious youth protection breaches and can lead to immediate suspension.

✅ What is allowed in Softchat (and with Softchat users in Private):

• Flirting, dancing, sensual teasing

• Erotic atmosphere through language and movement

• Dirty talk and explicit language are permitted

• Talking about toys is allowed

❌ Not allowed – in Softchat or Private with Softchat users:

• Using toys in any way

• Any kind of sexual act or simulation

• Showing body openings (genitals, anus, etc.)

How can I enable Softchat?

1. Open your VXLive software.

2. Set your profile online.

3. In the following window, you'll find an option in the top right corner to switch between SoftChat (16+) and HardcoreChat (18+).

4. Choose the desired mode – once you select “SoftChat,” your account will be activated for that mode.
