My Lovense toy won’t connect to VXLive – what can I do?

If your toy suddenly stops connecting to VXLive, it’s often due to a blocked browser permission – especially after a browser or Lovense update.

Here’s how to fix it:

1. Start as usual:
   Open VXLive like you're about to go live and connect your Lovense toy.

2. Open browser settings:
   Click the small camera icon next to your browser’s address bar (top-left).

3. Enable “Access to local network”:
   In the popup window, look for the entry “Access to local network”.
   If it says “Blocked”, switch it to “Allow access”.

4. Check if it works:
Your toy should now work as usual.
If not, restart your browser and check if the permission setting was saved correctly.
