Do I have to meet a user if he wants to?
No, you are never required to meet clients in person on VXModels or VISIT-X. Our platforms are designed exclusively for digital content and virtual communication — anything beyond that is completely outside of our services and your responsibility.
If a client threatens to contact support with a complaint because you refuse to meet in person, you don’t need to worry: VXModels Support will never take action against you as long as you follow the rules — and one of the most important rules is: no obligation to offline contact.
If we find out that a user is trying to pressure or coerce you into a meeting, we reserve the right to take firm action. This may include warning, suspending, or even permanently banning the client in question.
