How to Use Templates to Improve Your Sales and Your Chat

Message Templates are presets in VXLive that help you write to your users faster, more professionally, and more effectively. Instead of typing every message from scratch, you can save texts and images as templates, organize them, and insert them into the chat with one click. This saves time, avoids typos, and ensures you always have perfectly formulated replies, flirt messages, or information ready to use. Templates are ideal for greeting users clearly, answering common questions instantly, or explaining your content in a way that helps you achieve better sales and higher commissions. You can also choose whether a template is free or whether the user has to pay coins for it – perfect for making your chat not only easier but also more profitable.

Where do I find the feature and how do I use it?

You can find the Message Templates directly in VXLive in the left sidebar. The icon looks like a small text-field symbol – just click it, and the area for your templates will open. There, you can first create a category in which your templates will be organized.

Useful categories include greetings, feet, erotic, private offers, be right back, promo, graphics, shop offers, or anything else you frequently use in your shows. Once your categories are in place, you can create your actual templates – the texts (and optional images) you want to insert into the chat with one click later. Each template can be named, assigned to a category, and set as free or paid – simply save and use anytime.

How do I create a template?

Creating a template is easy and gives you a lot of freedom, because you can save not only texts but also images, videos, or voice messages as part of your message. You don’t have to upload media files every time – you can also use files you’ve previously sent to users.

1. Choose or create a category

Before creating a template, select a category – this keeps everything organized. Useful categories include:

  • Greetings

  • Erotic texts

  • Feet / special requests

  • Private show offers

  • Shop info / video offers

  • Promo / specials

2. Create the template

Click “Create Template,” give it a clear name, and choose the appropriate category. Under “Message,” write the text that will later be automatically inserted into the chat.

3. Add media

You can attach media to any template – ideal for:

  • Photos

  • Short clips

  • Voice messages

  • Graphics (tip menu, emojis, notices)

  • Sexy images you want to send frequently

There are two ways to add media:

a) Upload a new file
When you click “Add Media,” the file manager opens. You can use almost all common file formats, such as:

Images: .jpg, .png, .webp, .svg, .jpeg, .heic, .tiff
Videos: .mp4, .mov, .webm, .avi, .mpeg
Audio: .wav, .mp3, .ogg, .opus
(The full file list appears in the selection menu.)

b) Reuse previously sent media
Very practical: under “Media History,” you’ll see all files you’ve sent to users before.
No need to upload anything twice – just pick a picture or video and add it directly to your template.

4. Free or paid?

You can decide whether your template is sent for free or whether the user must pay coins before seeing the content. This gives you the freedom to choose which messages are sent freely and which ones are worth a little extra income. This works especially well for content that offers real value to users, such as:

  • Exclusive photos or special insights

  • Sensual or erotic texts

  • Short teaser videos or clips

  • Small shop offers or hints at paid content

  • Personal premium messages

  • Individual requests that require more effort

With the right mix of free and paid templates, you can keep your community happy while cleverly increasing your earnings – without extra work.

5. Save and use instantly

Once saved, the template is available anytime and can be sent in the chat with a single click.

6. How do I send a template in the chat?

To send a template in the chat, first select the user you want to write to. Once the chat is open, you’ll find a small text icon (📄) in the lower input bar. This icon represents your Message Templates. One click – and your entire template list opens directly in the chat window.

You can then scroll through your categories or, if you have many templates, use the handy search bar. Just type a keyword like “foot pic,” “greeting,” or your own template name like “foot pic 123.” This way you’ll find the right template instantly without searching for long.

Once you click on a template, it is automatically inserted into the chat – including text, image, video, or voice message if media is attached. You can send it immediately or adjust it beforehand if you want. Everything works with just a few clicks and saves you an enormous amount of time in live chat.
