To ensure your ID is accepted quickly and without issues, please follow these steps:

1. Validity:
   Your ID must be valid and not expired.

2. Clarity:
   All details (name, birth date, ID number, etc.) must be clearly visible and legible. Blurry or cut-off images will be rejected.

3. Front & ID shot are mandatory:

   • Front side: Always required.

   • ID shot: Upload a photo of yourself holding your ID next to your face – clearly visible and with a neutral expression.

   • Back side is optional but recommended if it contains relevant data.

4. No filters or edits:
   Don’t use filters or editing tools. No screenshots or scanned PDFs – only original photos are allowed.

5. Good lighting & neutral background:
   Use bright, even lighting (natural daylight is best). Avoid shadows and distracting backgrounds.

6. Only you should be visible:
   No other people may appear in the photo, not even in the background or mirror.
