How can I change my billing address?
You can update your address details at any time in your menu under Payout Documents. Simply submit a current document showing your full address and a recent date. This can be, for example, a bill, ID document, or another official document.
If you also want to change the first and last name or company name currently used for your billing documents, this will also change the owner of your account.
For a change of account ownership, an additional document is required. In this case, simply follow the steps below:

Download the document
Download the attached “Change of Account Ownership” document below (please note: it contains 2 pages!) -
Complete the document
Enter all required information for both the current and the new account owner correctly. -
Provide identification documents
- Attach a copy of the current account owner’s ID
- Attach a copy of the new account owner’s ID

Send an email
- Send the completed document together with both ID documents by email to payment@vxmodels.com
